Jordan Chan released his last compilation album in 2006 in the form of Sing Jordan Chan 10th Year Anniversary. This album contains a total of 16 tracks with 5 of them being new songs in which 3 are Cantonese songs and 2 are Mandarin songs. Some of the hits included in this compilation album are Jordan Chan’s first Mandarin single, Shen A Jiu Jiu Wo, and other memorable hits from the late 1990s and early 2000s such as Xia Ban Bei Zi, Wo Ai De Ren and Suan Ni Hen. Sing Jordan Chan 10th Year Anniversary also has a medley as the last track which seems to be one of the ‘must have’ in every compilation album.

Jill Vidal or Wei Si has finally released a new full-length album, Jillympics, after her last album, Diamond Love, which is an EP. Jill Vidal is the twin of Janice Vidal, the singers of numerous hits such as Big Brother or Da Ge and Love Talent or Ai Cai. She has a different style of singing from Janice and managed to won several Best Newcomer awards last year. Jillympics is released on the same day as the opening ceremony of Beijing Olympic 2008 and hence, the title of the album. After seeing the tracklist, I think this is a ‘best of’ album as it contains hits from both her previous albums, Hit Me and Diamond Love. Personally, I like her Funny Jealousy and hope that she will manage to come out of her sister’s shadow.

After Hao Xiang Hao Hao Ai Ni and Yue Ding, Hua Ti will be the third song by Zhou Hui which is being featured on this blog. Although its music video [MV] is rather dull and boring, Hua Ti redeems itself with its beautiful lyric and voice of Zhou Hui which made it one of the best songs from this singer. It certainly qualified to be one of the selected songs to introduce Zhou Hui to new and existing Chinese music fans. Thus, I present to you the MV of Hua Ti by Zhou Hui:
