Fish Leong - Ido EP

Fish Leong or Liang Jing Ru has released an EP, Ido, which is a rare release as she is one who always release a full-length album. This EP contains a total of 5 songs but only one of them is a solo effort by herself. The first single, Belonging To or Shu Yu, is penned by the same person who penned Adore or Chong Bai, her hit from last year. The remaining songs in this album are duets between Fish Leong and other male singers. Still Good Friends or Hai Shi Hao Peng You and Way Back Into Love are also included in the albums of the respective male singers which are released much earlier.

Denise Ho - Ten Days In The Madhouse

Denise Ho Wan See or HOCC [Ho See See] has released her latest album, Ten Days In The Madhouse, following the release of a compilation of her best hits from the last 4 years in this April. This new album may has a dull-looking cover but it is certainly one of the most unique albums to be released this year. It has 10 new songs in keeping with the title of the album, Ten Days In The Madhouse, and all the tracks have titles in 4 characters! In addition, all the titles are actually the names of various famous characters! All these have shown how much effort has been put into the production of this album and Denise Ho Wan See is no stranger to this. I still remember she released a USB drive in the shape of a small figurine of herself with her songs in it earlier this year. Let’s see if this album will be snapped up as fast as that small cute USB drive…

Kary Ng Yu Fei - Kary 18 Cuts [New + Best Selection]

Kary Ng Yu Fei has released her very first compilation of her best hits in the form of Kary 18 Cuts [New + Best Selection]. This album obviously contains 18 songs including 3 new songs and 3 songs from her rock band, Ping Pung. One of the new songs, The Incomparably Beautiful Duo or Jue Dai Shuang Jiao, is a duet with Stephy Tang Lai Yun, her ex-member from Cookies. This song is the theme song of their new movie of same title, Nobody’s Perfect or Jue Dai Shuang Jiao [I know the English titles are different]. Love Is The Supreme Right or Ai Shi Zui Da Quan Li is the very first hit of Ping Pung and will be very familiar for the fans of Twins. Personally, I have not much listening experience in Kary Ng Yu Fei’s songs and the only time I can remember listening to her song is from my friend’s cellphone. I don’t even remember the title of that song… Maybe I shall start with Kary 18 Cuts [New + Best Selection]?
