Tank Lu Jian Zhong is a Taiwanese singer and songwriter who debuted in 2006 with the release of his first album, Fighting. He is highly praised for his ability to sing and compose songs. Tank Lu is said the be the ‘Next Big Thing’ after David Tao Zhe, Jay Chou and Wang Lee Hom for which I fully agreed judging by his impressive first 2 albums. Keep Fighting or Yan Chang Bi Sai, his second album which was released last year, was even better than his already-good debut album. It comes with 11 new songs and some of the hits are Street Fighter or Jie Tou Ba Wang, Personal Angel or Zhuan Shu Tian Shi, Only You or Fei Ni Mo Shu and Dear Tank. I am certain that all those who have listened to his songs will be waiting frustratingly for his new album!

William So Wing Hong has released his long-awaited Cantonese album, So I Say, following the release of his last Cantonese album 6 years ago. After battling past years of troubled life which threatened to end his career prematurely, he signaled his comeback into the competitive entertainment scene with the release of his Mandarin album, Embrace or Yong Bao, in June. Huang Jing Lun from One Million Star Season 3 has finally released his debut album, Jing’s Note! This album will surely cheer up the fans of the famous singing competition who are saddened by the tragic death of its contestant recently. Jing’s Note contains 10 songs including the first single, Moonlight or Yue Guang, which received very favourable response from his fans. Honestly, I’m really surprised with the release of this album because even the finalists of the very first season of One Million Star only have their EP released recently. Let’s hope Huang Jing Lun can prove that he’s equal or better than his ’seniors’ with this album.

Huang Jing Lun is a Singaporean who participated in the 3rd season of Taiwan’s talent singing competition, One Million Star or Xing Guang Da Dao. He was one of the lucky 5 to get to enter Season 3 and managed to go all the way to the final before being eliminated. Huang Jing Lun enjoyed huge support throughout the competition with his natural humour and usage of Chinese idioms. After being eliminated from the competition, he was signed by Warner Music and will be the first contestant of from One Million Star Season 3 to release a full studio album. The album, Jing’s Note, will be released at the end of this month!
