Stephy Tang - The Red Album

The Red Album is the 5th solo album by Stephy Tang Lai Yun and the first one having a title without ‘Stephy’ in it. This latest album also has something different from her previous album in the form of 2 Mandarin songs as in the latest album, Serving You, from Janice Wei Lan, which is also released on the same day. I guess the mainly Mandarin-speaking consumers [and their wallets] from China are too big in numbers to be ignored by the music companies. This album is also released on the same day as her new movie, Nobody’s Perfect or Jue Dai Shuang Jiao, in which Kary Ng also starred in it. However, The Red Album still maintains one characteristic of Stephy Tang’s previous album, which is the different covers of the exact same album.
