Kelly Poon - Smiling Kelly

Kelly Poon or Pan Jia Li, the finalist of Project SuperStar 2005, a singing competition in Singapore, has released her new and third album, Smiling Kelly. The cover of this album shows Kelly Poon in her new shorter hairstyle and it reminds me of Ivana Wong’s First Mandarin Album. Smiling Kelly has 10 songs which is less than her last album, In The Heart Of The World or Zai Shi Jie Zhong Xin, which has 15 songs. However, quality is always preferred than quantity when it comes to music and hopefully, Kelly Poon gives us the former this time.
