Alan - Xin Zhan MV

Heart War or Xin Zhan by Alan is the theme song of John Woo’s Red Cliff. This epic movie is released in 2 parts as the entire length of the movie is 4 hours! The first part had been released just before the start of Beijing Olympic 2008 and the second part is going to be available in next January. Unfortunately, the first part of Red Cliff got poor reviews by critics and in my opinion, they are too harsh as I found it highly entertaining and I’m looking forward to the second part. My only complain is the ending has left me wanting to watch the other part and that is still 3 months more… The music video [MV] of this song is just like the movie as it’s more than 6 minutes long! However, one can see some of the scenes from the upcoming final part of the movie particularly the burning of the warships which is the most talked about scenes from Red Cliff.
