Alex To Tak Wai or Du De Wei is a Hong Kong singer and actor who is based in Taiwan. He started his music career in 1985 after winning the 4th New Talent Singing Awards. However, he only released his first full-length album in 1987 where it is a Cantonese album. Alex To’s debut Mandarin album was released in 1990 and this album, 20 Years Collection [New + Best Selection], is his last album which contains new songs. This album contains a massive 39 tracks in which 4 are new ones while the rest are selected hits from his music career way back to 1985. I definitely recommend this album and his songs especially to R&B lovers.
