August Snow is the first Cantonese album from Jeff Chang also known as Prince of Romantic Songs. This is his second album following his return to the Chinese entertainment scene with the highly-successful Mandarin album, Be Your Man in 2006. Although this album is good and enjoyable, it’s certainly not in the same league as Be Your Man. Maybe I’m not used to hearing Jeff Chang singing in Cantonese…

hi!I had listened to the songs months ago.. and I do agree that he doesn’t seems to portray well in the cantonese songs. I still prefer his old classic songs as they accompanied me through my primary years. lol.

I also prefer his Mandarin songs. I just came across his compilation album released December last year. Let’s see whether I can find it…

oo.. saw that compilation album. some songs seems unfamiliar to me. it will be great if you can find. =)
anyway, thought of recommending it to you. there is a new artiste. called joanna wang. 王若琳, probably you already know who she is. She just release an album- Start From Here. She has quite a profile due to her famous music producer dad. BUT She has a very good deep vocal. If you like jazz-y songs, you may like her too.
