Sun Boy’z - First Date

Sun Boy’z or New Boy’z [the ‘Sun’ means ‘new’ in Cantonese] is formed in 2006 with the addition of William Chan Wai Ting, the winner of 2003 International Chinese New Talent Singing Championship - Hong Kong Regional Finals. The other two members are Steven Cheung Chi Hang and Dennis Mak Chi Ho with the latter joining the former in 2005 as a replacement for Kenny Kwan who left to pursue a solo career. Kenny Kwan and Steven Cheung formed the duo, Boy’Z in 2002 which was based on another Hong Kong female duo, Twins. Dennis Mak was the top 5 finalists in EEG Singing Contest 2004. However, the popularity of Boy’Z dropped rapidly with the leaving of Kenny Kwan. Can First Date, the first all-new album from Sun Boy’z, help them to regain their popularity and win the hearts of the fans of Boy’Z?
